What We Collect, And What We Don't

What Entering A Giveaway Collects

• Your name

  So a prize can be handed over to the right person.

  You type it on the entry form.

• Your email address

  To tell your entries apart from someone else's, and to make sure one person wins only once per giveaway. It is not published anywhere, and you are not added to a mailing list.

  You type it on the entry form.

• Your Discord username, account ID and profile picture

  So the winner announcement can tag you and you get a notification. Tagging needs the account ID — a typed username does not notify anyone.

  Discord gives us these when you press Connect. You never type them.

• Which prop firm you bought from, and your order or receipt number

  To check the purchase is real and count it as one entry. Each receipt can only be entered once.

  You choose and type these on the entry form.

• The date and time you entered

  So entries can be listed in order and reviewed.

  Recorded automatically when you submit.

Browsing the site collects nothing at all. You only give anything if you fill in the entry form.

What We Don't Collect

• —Your IP address. It is not saved against your entry.
• —Your Discord email address, your list of servers, or any of your messages. Connecting only shares your username, account ID and profile picture — Discord shows you this before you agree.
• —Any card or payment details. Purchases happen on the prop firm's own site, never here.
• —Your date of birth, postal address, or phone number.
• —Cookies for advertising or tracking. There are no advertising networks on this site.

Who Else Your Browser Talks To

• The walkthrough video

  The indicator page plays a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. It loads only when you scroll down to it, and it uses YouTube's no-cookie address — but once it plays, that company sees the request. If you never open the indicator page, this never happens.

• Visitor counts

  Page views are counted by the company that hosts the site. It is cookieless, counts pages rather than people, and stores nothing that identifies you.

Where It's Kept

• The database

  A managed cloud database run by a major provider. It is locked so that no browser can read it directly — every request goes through this site's server first.

• The website itself

  Run on a managed hosting platform. The connection is encrypted with HTTPS on every page.

• Emails

  Sent through a third-party delivery service, which processes your address in order to deliver the message.

Entries are kept while a giveaway is running and for as long as there is a record of who won, so past draws can be shown to be genuine. If you want yours removed sooner, ask — see below.

Who Can See It

• Gatie

  The only person with access. Reaching the entries requires signing in with a password on a private page.

• Everyone else

  The public site never shows an entry. The recent-winners list on the home page shows a first name and last initial only — for example, “Jordan M.”

• If you win

  Your Discord account is tagged in the announcement in the server, and the shareable winner page for that draw shows your name and the prize. Nothing else from your entry — not your email, not your receipt number — is ever made public.
