Through the Discord. Winners are announced in the server and the prize is handed over from there, so you do need to be in it to collect — joining is free and takes one click. Every draw is also listed on this site with the date, so a win is not something you can only find out by being online at the time.

Every order ID is checked by hand against the firm's sales records before it goes into the draw. Unverified entries are not eligible to win. If an ID does not match a real purchase it is rejected, and the same ID cannot be claimed twice.
